In the quotation phase we start with a feasibility analysis of the desired product. This analysis is carried out by skilled engineers, who use therefor simulation software. Based on the outcomes are possible changes defined that ensure the manufacturability of your product. These changes we will be discussed with you, and added to the offer. In this way, not only Punch Metals is developing a concept that is collaborating with our customers satisfaction the production requirements, but also best fulfills your desired functionality.

At the time a project is awarded to Punch Metals, the engineering department designs the necessary tools using CAD software. We work with external tool shops in Belgium and abroad.

As early as during the construction of the tool we will explain all of the specifications which are necessary for the series production, both in terms of product quality and process. Once the tool has been released by the engineering we test each of these specifications during a 0-series.

We have possibilities to supply single or multiple prototype samples either as a follow on from our design services or as a pre-production compliment.

Possible optimizations of the various specifications are processed, so that the process in detail is prepared and can be made high-quality products in series.
Once approved by the customer, the product is ready for serial production.

Punch Metals has a skilled quality team along with complete commitment to quality from all employees allows stringent quality systems and procedures to be followed.

Every New product is subjected to a stringent validation process ( PPAP ) prior to release for production. Elements such gauging, instructions, tooling and training are included in each production control plan to ensure right first time, every time!

Our metrology facilities consist of standard measuring items as well Co-ordinate machines ( CMM’s ) with the ability to measure to the latest CAD.

Our customer scheduling interface through EDI allows us to operate “just in time manufacture” meeting either Ex-works or Managed despatch times”.

The different production steps are carefully planned so that the products are just-in-time delivered to you. The result is not only the highest quality but also high reliability.
